Who Am I?
I am a coach with a personal and professional goal of being of value to others. This translates in my coaching as really hearing what your needs are and then working with you to find the most effective set of actions to satisfy those needs.
My professional journey has brought with it all the normal challenges of career development, getting stuck and moving on again. Then in my mid-forties I began a process to re-define what exactly success and work-life balance mean for me and I now focus on ensuring that I meet my clients where they are at and then support them with tools and skills to achieve their perception of success and work-life balance.
On a personal note I have been married for 23 years with two young adult children currently finding their own path and journey. And like many of my clients they too are learning how to
- Define their vision and turn that vision into concrete and measurable goals
- Develop and apply the actions to support the achievement of those goals and dreams
- Optimise time and energy
- Achieve success
